A Note on Pricing and Our Commitment to Value: An Update for LIT SUITE Subscribers

We want to inform you of an important update regarding our pricing structure.

A History of Loyalty and Early Subscriber Discounts

When we launched the LIT SUITE in 2021 with a subscription pricing model, we were mindful of our long-standing customers. To show our appreciation, we introduced the 50% Existing User Loyalty Discount for those who had purchased our legacy apps, ensuring the savings exceeded what was originally paid for the legacy apps. Additionally, we extended a 33% Early Subscriber Discount to welcome new customers to the LIT SUITE family. These discounts were available for four years, providing compounded savings to both loyal and new users alike.

During 2025 these introductory discounts will expire during each customer's renewal date all LIT SUITE subscriptions will renew at the standard $600 rate.

Why the Expiring Discounts?

Since 2021, we have continued to enhance the value that the LIT SUITE provides. Your subscription not only includes TrialPad, TranscriptPad, and DocReviewPad, but we also added ExhibitsPad and will soon be adding TimelinePad, both included as part of the LIT SUITE subscription. Additionally we will soon be launching the LIT Academy which offers on-demand learning to maximize your use of our apps.

Here are just a few of the improvements and added features we've made available to our customers:

• Expanded Platform Availability:  LIT SUITE apps are now available on both iPad and Mac, and your subscription allows installation on three devices per Apple ID.
• New Capabilities: We delivered new features like video deposition syncing, which saves users an estimated $300 per deposition by eliminating third-party syncing and editing fees.
• Continuous Feature Updates: We’ve rolled out consistent updates that integrate the latest Apple technologies, ensuring your apps remain on the cutting edge.
• 24/7 Customer Support: Our in-house, English-speaking support is available 24x7, offering unmatched expertise in both our apps and litigation practices.
• Expanded Help Center: We continue to expand our Help Center with more resources and have scaled our development and support teams to serve you better.

These significant enhancements are just the start of our commitment to you.

Even with the expiring discounts, the LIT SUITE remains an outstanding value compared to traditional litigation costs. For instance, the annual cost is less than:

What Happens Next?

To continue using the LIT SUITE after your renewal date in 2025, you will need to confirm your subscription when prompted by Apple. You can always cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account, but we’re confident you’ll continue to see the value in our suite of tools as they evolve.
